Flipping & Tricking</p> — Danik Gymnastics Danik Parkour Brief

In these classes, students learn tumbling and flipping skills, balance, coordination and how to make quick decisions while creatively moving through various obstacle courses to get from point A to point B. It is also a great way to develop total body strength.  If you enjoy ninja, parkour, free running, etc. this is a great class to build up the strength for whatever you plan to do in the future.
