We offer multiple recreational classes including Parents & Tots, Pre-School & Kindergarten, Developmental Gymnastics, and Advanced Gymnastics. 

What should my child wear?

Please ensure that students are dressed in standard shorts, t-shirts, or suitable workout attire. Avoid clothing with zippers or buckles. If a child has long hair, it should be tied back in a ponytail or with clips. Avoid using large bows that could cause discomfort when rolling. For safety reasons, we ask that participants refrain from wearing jewelry, with the exception of stud earrings.

Payments and Refund Policy

Monthly tuition payment is due between the 1st - 10th of each month. A $15 late fee will be applied to payments received after the 10th. In the case of returned checks, a fee of $20 will be incurred. Additionally, there is an annual registration fee of $35.53, payable upon sign-up and on each anniversary date while enrolled.

Auto-payments are scheduled for the first day of every month. To discontinue a class and cancel auto-payments, written or email notice must be submitted by the last day of the same month. Please note that refunds cannot be issued once the payments have been processed.

Parent Tot

In this class, parents actively participate alongside their child, providing guidance and support as they navigate a series of engaging obstacles designed to enhance strength, balance, and coordination across various apparatus. This dynamic class serves as an excellent platform for fostering gross motor skills development while also introducing fundamental gymnastics techniques.

Parent Tot: Ages 1-3, 30 minute class per week, $65/month (+ tax)

Tiny Tots

This class is specially crafted for 2 and 3-year-olds who are taking their first steps towards independence in the world of gymnastics! This 40-minute weekly class is packed with fun and excitement, providing your little ones with plenty of opportunities to engage in physical activities in our safe and nurturing gym. As they transition from parent-tot classes, our instructors will introduce them to the basics of gymnastics, focusing on building essential motor skills, coordination, and confidence.

Tiny Tot: Ages 2-3, 40 minute class per week, $80/month (+ tax)

Preschool and Kindergarten ages 3-6!

These classes are designed for ages 3-6 and introduce children to the world of gymnastics. These engaging and dynamic classes focuses on building a strong foundation of fundamental movement skills through age-appropriate activities. Led by experienced instructors, your child will explore basic gymnastics techniques, develop coordination, balance, and flexibility, all while having a blast in a supportive and safe environment with their peers. Join us on a journey of fun, fitness, and skill development that lays the groundwork for a healthy and active lifestyle!

Super Tots: Ages 3-4, 1 hour class per week, $80/month (+ tax)

Flippers: Ages 3-5, 1 hour class per week, $80/month (+ tax)

Super Stars: Ages 5-6, 1 hour class per week, $80/month (+ tax)

School Age Girls and Boys 6 and up!

For boys and girls looking to begin their gymnastics journey, our beginner gymnastics classes are tailored for ages 6 and up. These classes provide a supportive and nurturing environment where participants can build a solid foundation for their gymnastic skills while having a blast with fellow gymnasts of the same age group. Jr. Beginner Girls: Ages 6-8, 1 hour class per week, $80/month (+ tax)

Sr. Beginner Girls: Ages 8 & up, 1 hour class per week, $80/month (+ tax)

advanced gymnastics

Once students have mastered the skills taught in the beginner gymnastics class, they are ready to transition to the advanced classes. Advanced gymnastics classes emphasize the refinement of techniques and introduce more complex routines and skills. Our safe and supportive environment fosters growth, enabling your child to excel and reach their full potential as a gymnast, all while experiencing the joy and fulfillment that advanced gymnastics brings.

Enrollment in the advanced class is determined through coach evaluation only.

Tiny Torpedoes: Ages 3-5, 1.5 hour class, 1 class per week, $110/month (+ tax)

Jr. Advanced Girls: Ages 6-8, 1.5 hour class, 1 class per week, $110/month (+ tax)

Sr. Advanced Girls: Ages 9 & up, 1.5 hour class, 1 class per week, $110/month (+ tax)

Boys Advanced: Ages 6 & up, 2 hour class, 1 class per week, $130/month (+ tax)

If you're looking for competition, a shot at a college scholarship, or even the olympics, the competitive team is the starting place.

Admittance to our team program is by evaluation and invitation only; kids are evaluated on strength, flexibility and mental readiness. Based on the evaluation, they are placed into an appropriate skill level independent of age and will be working on sills and routines with the goal of participating in local, regional, and even national competitions.

Team requires a much bigger commitment than recreational classes. Idaho gymnastics competition season usually runs from November to March.
